Susan Turley is a successful business owner and filmmaker. Her company, Clear Pictures was established in 1990, and is a turn-key film and video production facility. Over the past decade, Susan has created hundreds of hours of programming for broadcast television and corporate clients including Warner Brothers, Capitol Records, Sears and Entertainment Tonight. In addition to producing and directing, Susan has written several short and feature length screenplays. Her recent writing and directing efforts, "Conception: A Suburban Tale" and "Table For One?" are both currently playing on the festival circuit.
Susan is a University of Texas film school graduate and as an alumnus, has been invited to participate as a panelist and speaker for career day symposiums. As a filmmaker and producer, she has achieved great success. In 1996 Susan won an Outstanding Achievement and Impact Award from the International Television Association for her comprehensive work of educational programs and PSA's including domestic violence awareness, street gang problems, MADD and underage drinking and teen-age runaways. In 1999, Susan was showcased in Marquee Magazine in an article focusing on filmmakers in the Southwest.
Susan makes her feature length directorial debut with "The M.O. of M.I." and is currently in pre-production on her next feature, "Black Ice."
Susan is one of three visionaries who co-founded Inkubator Ink.
